Patient Experience Video Puts a Human Face on Statistics

Recently, representatives from a pharma company’s Commercial Strategy Organization wanted to leverage a global meeting to create deeper understanding and support for an important market opportunity in a developing country.

Knowing that statistic-filled bullet points can only get you so far, we worked with them to mine ethnographic studies and patient interview videos to tell the story of an often misunderstood and underserved patient population. The result was a powerful 4-minute video that combined live action footage and animation to communicate the patient journey and market opportunity through a truly human lens.
