CRM Training Brought to Life
Two Fortune 500 companies who had merged found themselves in need of an effective way to train their 300+ medical representatives on a new global Salesforce.com CRM platform.
The Difference was engaged in September 2010 to collaborate with the client team and content developers to design and deliver an interactive training experience that combined hands-on learning, graphic communication tools, and techniques of collaboration.
The Difference synthesized technical content into digestible and actionable learning modules, and then developed a range of visual aids, an active training structure, and a training environment that was ideal for concrete learning. Guided by David Roberts, a team of 10 facilitators and graphic artists from the Difference led classrooms full of scientists and doctors through an engaging journey to solidify understanding of the functionality of their new CRM tool.
