Since 1982, Tom has held progressively responsible positions in engineering, project management, industrial marketing and sales, and management consulting. In 1999, Tom was certified in large group facilitation by Ernst & Young.
In his consulting tenure, he demonstrated leadership in executive-level management consulting involving large group facilitation, program management, performance improvement, and information systems implementation. |

Since 1995, David has helped organizations define and implement strategic change. His core competencies include executive-level facilitation, strategic planning, business development, process analysis and design, and transformation management. He has a client list of two dozen Fortune 100 companies, including multiple engagements with HP, Cisco Systems, VISA, Cardinal Health, Genentech, Microsoft, Clorox, DHL, Sephora, and Scotts Miracle-Gro. He has also applied his work experience to environmental sustainability, health care reform, and other not-for-profit efforts as time and energy permit. He received his BA from Pomona College where he was awarded the Pomona College Psychology Prize. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two children. |
