Approach
Our approach has been influenced by multiple methodologies including the MG Taylor DesignShop™ Methodology, Bob Sadler's RDC Methodology, and Don Steele's Three Conversations Model. Additionally, the directors have certifications or extensive training in dozens of other approaches, including Six Sigma Methodology, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Appreciative Inquiry, and Grove Consulting's Strategic Visioning.
We continue to develop and design our approach and believe strongly in sharing and communicating openly with the extended collaborative work community.
Three Conversations
![]() |
Conversation for Context Enables your group to create a common language; uncover critical assumptions & issues; examine models, trends, & weak signals; leverage lateral thinking to create diverse visions of the solution or decision; engage with outside expertise; change belief systems through emotional engagement; participate in activities that engage more than just the mind; and build the foundation for a high-performing team. |

Conversation for Possibilities Enables your group to evaluate options and clarify expectations; uncover and remove barriers to change; test behavioral models and play "What If?"; address the situation in all it's complexity; create group alignment; and resolve to actually do something. |

Conversation for Action Enables your group to make definitive decisions; engineer all aspects of the required solution; establish detailed short-term and long-term action plans; gain broad buy-in and commitment through a profound understanding of the solutions and/or decisions; design phased execution cycles for immediate action; and begin the transformation journey. |
